FlexiForce first Canadian customer live with Coil Cut Optimizer software
Fast-Square expands its Customer base also in North America
FlexiForce Canada is live with Coil Cut Optimizer (CCO) software of Fast-Square. The implementation has been completed in FlexiForce plant of Abbotsford, near Vancouver and confirms the expansion of Fast-Square Customer base also oversees.
CCO Solution in FlexiForce
Fast-Square software is covering the Processes of generating Optimized Cutting Programs, minimizing “Trim-Loss” and “Setup” time for the slitting machines of the two external Steel Service Centers. CCO software is integrated with the Customer ERP system, getting priority and reorder point of Part-Numbers of Coil-Strands (Strips) to produce, and human planners are using CCO-Optimizer to plan the Cutting Schemas with minimal Scrap.
